What's with the Name?
The name Blackfrog Media is based on the "boiling frog" anecdote.
Often told in metaphorical context, the story states that if you place a frog in boiling water, it will jump out. But if placed in cold water that is heated slowly, it will not perceive the danger and will be boiled to death. This story is often used to describe our inabilities to react to gradual change.
The Blackfrog is the one that reacts, the one that will jump.
Technology and the world wide web changes so often, most people are unaware of its impacts. More people use the web than they do the phone book, Social Networking has emerged as the highest form of communication. We aren't saying you have to try and keep up...but we will.
